Minutes Leung is the Founder and Managing Partner of RA Arc Capital Management Limited. With over fifteen years navigating institutional finance, corporate innovation, venture building, and creative brand production, she brings a rare convergence of disciplines to every engagement.
Her career spans institutional banking at HSBC, corporate accelerator leadership at RGAX, an MBA from Waseda University, and hands-on company building through Antler — one of the world's most prolific venture platforms. She founded and produced ARCH Festival across three landmark Hong Kong editions (2018, 2019, 2021), and has led PR and marketing event productions for global brands including MLB Asia and MCM.
She is also a certified practitioner in sound healing, breathwork, and biofield tuning — and the founder of Ray of Aura, a premium wellness brand serving high-performance organisations globally.
